One Canada-wide House of Commons sheet. A signature from someone in BC, Ontario, or anywhere in Canada is already a federal signature — they just write their city and province in the address column. You do not need a separate sheet per province.

BC is our campaign beachhead, not a second paper form. We still talk about British Columbia as the first place to organize and pressure for model law — but for this clipboard, everyone signs the same federal petition. No need for 13 provincial print versions.

How to use in the field

Print single-sided, black & white, actual size 100% (not “fit to page”).
Clipboard + blue/black pen. Original ink only — no photocopied signatures.
Aim for 25+ valid signatures, then ask an MP to present to the House.
City, Province column: “Vancouver, BC” / “Calgary, AB” / “Montréal, QC” — all federal.
Invite scanners: “Sign in ink here — or scan to support the campaign online too.”
