SherpaCarta is a living charter of 114 articles protecting digital privacy, data sovereignty, freedom of expression, and algorithmic rights for everyone. It is CC0 public domain, open source, funded only by voluntary Bitcoin donations, and built with zero tracking. It is a moral and political reference — not yet binding law — designed so citizens and legislators can turn clear principles into better statutes over time.

- A treaty or statute by itself

Canada — practical first step
We organize globally and pilot law-change in Canada (federal paper petition + campaign support; e-petition when an MP authorizes). A signature from any province on the federal paper sheet already counts federally.
Ask: (1) Read the full briefing or charter; (2) Consider authorizing/presenting a federal petition; (3) Use SherpaCarta as model language when modernizing privacy and algorithmic accountability.
