Everything journalists, MLAs/MPs, NGOs, and universities need to cover or adopt the Global Digital Magna Carta — without tracking, paywalls, or brand fiction.

One-liner

SherpaCarta is a living, globally signable charter of 114 digital human rights articles — CC0, Bitcoin-funded, zero tracking — a Magna Carta for the age of AI and surveillance capitalism. Canada is the first law-change beachhead.

Boilerplate (short)

SherpaCarta (sherpacarta.org) is the Global Digital Magna Carta for the 21st century: 114 articles protecting privacy, data sovereignty, freedom of expression, and algorithmic rights. It is a moral and political declaration — not yet legislation — funded only by Bitcoin donations, released as CC0 public domain, and designed with zero tracking. Signatures are local-first; optional public deliberation runs on Nostr; charter versions can be timestamped on Bitcoin via Satohash/OpenTimestamps. The movement begins with a Canada and British Columbia challenge to adopt model digital-rights law.
