You found something that matters

Thanks for scanning. The ink on that sheet is what an MP can take to Parliament. Online, you can add a public mandate in about 30 seconds — no account, no ID.

Two tracks. Both real. Neither fakes the other.
Paper (and a future Commons e-###) can count in Parliament. A digital mandate builds public numbers and a privacy-first receipt — it does not replace your wet signature.

Your next three moves

1

Finish the paper first

Name, city & province, signature under the prayer. That ink is the legal instrument.

2

Join the public mandate

Thirty seconds online. You get a private receipt; Canada gets a clearer signal of demand.

Pass it on

Share this page, hand someone a sheet, or help open a live House of Commons e-petition.

Why people stop for this sheet

Three reasons that land

Federal paper

One Commons sheet for all of Canada. City + province on each line. An MP can present with 25+ certified signatures.

Public mandate

Citizen or resident (self-attested). No ID. Receipt on your device; optional sync of hash + province only.

Quick answers

Does scanning this QR count in Parliament?

No. Parliament counts original paper presented by an MP, or confirmed signatures on a live e-petition at petitions.ourcommons.ca. This QR is education + a separate public mandate.

I already signed online — do I still need ink?

Yes, if you want the sheet to work. Wet ink is what makes paper presentable. Online adds momentum and proof — it is not a substitute.

What am I actually supporting?

Stronger digital rights in Canada: privacy, data sovereignty, limits on mass and commercial surveillance, and fair algorithms — with SherpaCarta (114 articles, CC0) as a clear reference.

Who can join the digital mandate?

Canadian citizens and residents, including citizens abroad (self-attested). No government ID and no minimum age on the digital form. Official e-petition rules still apply on Parliament’s site when that path is live.

Will you sell or track my data?

No ad tech. The online form stores a receipt on your device and may sync only a hash, province, and method — not phone, street address, or ID documents.
